Operation: Baby Snowden's Nursery

I am pleased to share that Operation: Baby Snowden’s Nursery is well underway! Here's a review of how we're coming along:

Clean the future nursery of all the items stored there after our wedding – CHECK 

Find spots for all of the items we cleaned out – ugh...we might be working on that for a while

Figure out what the nursery theme will be – CHECK: We picked Bunnykins and are using the Peter Rabbit linens and accessories from Pottery Barn Kids

Determine paint color – CHECK: We picked Heaven on Earth by Benjamin Moore (Pottery Barn offers a free design session to match paint colors with their bedding – that made choosing the paint color so easy!)

Paint the room – CHECK: The paint we used is non-toxic, perfect for mama’s to be!

Shop for furniture – CHECK: We found a fabulous store in Nashville, with great prices and the people were wonderful to work with! We selected furniture by Young America. we got a crib, dresser, changing table and of course a glider-rocker-recliner that is quite ahhh-mazing.

 

Even the dogs like the new room! Cash already made himself at home on his dog bed stationed in the nursery.

So what’s next … ACCESSORIZING of course! I can’t wait to start decorating – Now the fun begins!
